承德绮望楼宾馆简介Introduction of Chengde Qiwanglou Hotel 承德绮望楼是,清代皇帝读书赏景的处所，1984年复建后，作为承德市国宾馆，曾先后接待过多位党和国家领导人及国外元首。2011年经内部环境整修后，重新向公众开放，接待国内外宾客。 In the Qing dynasty the Emperor always come to Qiwanglou building reading and enjoy the scenery.
